EZ Choice Realty - For Agents

EZ Choice Realty strives to provide a successful environment for all agents. EZ Choice Realty gives agents the freedom they need to remain independent and to run their business however, whenever and wherever they like. EZ Choice Realty agents are encouraged to work from their home or personal office, however, EZ Choice Realty does offer one or more locations where agents can meet with their clients, write offers and host closings.

Best of all, EZ Choice Realty agents are able to retain as much of their hard earned commission as possible! Rather than a large Broker “split,“ agents simply provide EZ Choice Realty a nominal transaction fee for each closing. This covers the cost of Errors and Omissions Insurance and compensates the Managing Broker for their support. Agents are also asked to provide EZ Choice Realty a small monthly fee for license management, document verification and file storage.

What are the fees involved with being an EZ Choice Realty agent?

Each agent is asked to provide EZ Choice Realty a $29 Monthly Management Fee in addition to a Transaction Fee of $169 or 10% of the commission received, whichever is less. There are no other charges or fees associated with being an Agent with EZ Choice Realty.

Does EZ Choice Realty require that each agent join an Association of Realtors and/or the MLS?

One of the unique aspects of EZ Choice Realty is that each agent is able to decide for themselves whether or not they want to join an Association or the MLS. EZ Choice Realty does not require them to do so. For more information about Non-Association/MLS agent membership click here.

If you are currently a licensed Real Estate Agent, Broker or Broker Associate and would like to join EZ Choice Realty simply follow the steps below.

Step 1: Download, print, execute and submit the Independent Contractor Agreement.

Step 2: Register for the EZ Choice Realty Monthly Management Fee.

Step 3: Contact your current Association of Realtors and notify them of your office change.
